France Orchidées 

To prepare and manage such an important conference (one million Euros for estimated 
budget), it was necessary to create an administrative structure.
France Orchidées , a non-profit, charitable organisation, was born out of 
the determination of enthusiastic orchid fans in order to allow France to 
be the venue of the 18th World Orchid Conference.
 
While working in all directions in order to ensure the success of the event, the organisers know that the most important fact is to keep a permanent contact with orchid people and to pay attention to their suggestions.
As early as to-day or during the last months, no less than 250 voluntaries will be needed in translations, administration, scenery's building, welcome, promotion and management for this great undertaking.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Moreover, " France Orchidées" has no financial resource to cover the 
preparation costs and the promotion of the event.
By joining the association France Orchidées 
as benefactor member or full member, you will give great support.
