Registration for Hotels, Tours, Social Events will start mid-December 2003. All registrants will receive the forms as soon as they are ready.

Registration for juges             

Exhibition and judging information will be sent to those who asked for it on the registration form. All exhibitors or judges must be registered for the congress.

Accompanying person, Student or Two days registrations will provide access as a full delegate (without Registrant’s pack nor Proceedings).

A Full delegate registration will provide:

  •  access to the Official Opening and Preview Evening Party,

  • access to all lectures,

  • unlimited access to the Show including Registrant only sessions,

  • a copy of the Proceedings,

  • a Registrant’s pack,

  • the right to book for Hotels, Tours and Social Events_such as the Gala Dinner at the Château du Clos de Vougeot_(information will follow).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations which must be in writing by letter to France Orchidées in Dijon -may be requested until January 1st 2005. No refund will be issued after this date. All refunds will be dealt with after the event. . A 70€ fee will be retained for administrative expenses for all cancellations.
